We genuinely believe Bare will work for you — and we're willing to put our money where our mouth is. If our products don't work for you within 60 days of receiving your order, we'll refund you in full. No questions, no return. Here's how it works in plain English. Order any Bare product through bareayr.co.za and try it for as long as you need within the 60-day window. If it's not the right fit — for any reason — email us at hello@bareayr.co.za with your order number and a one-line note telling us it didn't work for you. We'll process a full refund of the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. You don't need to ship anything back. Keep the tub, finish what's left, pass it to a training partner, or bin it — whatever's easiest for you. We don't want returned product taking up space in your kitchen or ours. The 60-day window starts on the day your order is delivered (per the courier's tracking confirmation) and applies to the product price you paid, including any discounts or promotions active at the time. Shipping costs are not refunded, since the courier has already been paid for delivering your order. The guarantee covers one claim per customer per product, and applies to single orders, bundles, and subscription orders alike — if you cancel a subscription within the 60-day window, the most recent shipment is eligible. Wholesale and reseller orders placed under a separate written agreement are excluded. This guarantee is offered voluntarily by Bare and is in addition to — not instead of — your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please refer to our Refund Policy, which covers those situations separately and may entitle you to a faster or fuller remedy. We aim to respond within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5 business days of acknowledging your claim. We offer this guarantee because we'd rather refund a customer who didn't get the result they were after than have anyone feel stuck with a product that isn't working for them.
