I can honestly feel a difference since i started using the product. I am no longer sore after gym sessions although i can feel my muscles feel "heavy" and trained. I also recover much faster after cycling long distances and feel more energized than before. Even after a hard ride at 4h00 am, a full day on my feet working (running my own Guesthouse and attending to the Gardens), I still have enough energy to fit in an hour session in my gym.

Markable improvement of well being

This is a review for the older generation that does not do crazy workouts. All I do is once a week EMS and otherwise walk the dog on the beach every day. Since taking the aminos I have felt a markable difference in my body and muscles. They certainly toned up, the skin feel a little less flabby. Holding pee to reach the toilet got easy again. I can highly recommend these aminos as well as the Creatine which makes my brain focus.
