As a Platinum Personal Trainer, i think its a great program and covers all basic training modules.
It' s too 'salty' and not for everyday use.
But during intense exercise eith a lot of sweating it must surely pay off!!

I have tried a few brands and by far this brand tastes the best. Its so easy to have straight after a workout and really quenched your thirst. I train 5-6 times a week and I feel like fresh and ready for my next session after this drink! You really can't go wrong with their products!
